We’re in Pine Creek Commons Professional Park just off GA-400, Exit 13.


From GA-400: Take Exit 13 (GA-141). Head west on 141. Turn left onto Atlanta Hwy / Hwy 9 South. Get in the right lane and go 0.1 mile. Turn right into Pine Creek Commons. Follow signs to Building 1700. Suite 1701.



Landmarks: 2 minutes from The Collection at Forsyth. Parking is free. Our entrance is ground-level and wheelchair accessible.

New Clients: What to Expect

  1. Connect: Call, text or use the Appointment Request form
  2. Brief clinical all to ensure fit, when needed
  3. Complete & print your Intake forms & bring with to your first appointment
  4. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session, to get settled
  5. Please wait in the waiting area until I come to greet you.
